The right is reserved for Clubcard members whose mobile phone number is registered in the database only. The numbers will be put in the database as written on an application form and must be 10 digits.
The mobile phone number can be used to earn points from the regular purchase only. If a Clubcard member wants to use cash vouchers or discount coupons, the member must present either Clubcard, ID card or a driving license with the same name as registered on the vouchers/coupons.
One mobile phone number can only be tied to one Clubcard number or one Clubcard account.
If a member’s mobile phone number is tied with more than one card, the number will automatically lose its ability to replace a real card to earn points at the cashiers.
When a member’s mobile phone number has already been changed via Clubcard call centre at 1712 press 2 press 3 or Clubcard mobile application, a new mobile phone number will be usable to earn points on the next day.
