Cash vouchers are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other forms of payment. In case of a purchase is less than the voucher value, change cannot be given.
Cash vouchers can be used at any Lotus's branch before the expiry date together with Clubcard with matching name and Clubcard number as printed on the voucher.
Cash vouchers can be used only once, either in paper from Clubcard mailing statement or e-voucher from Clubcard mobile application.
Cash vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount coupons.
Cash vouchers are not valid to purchase of following items; Liquor, Tobacco, pharmacy, formula milk for baby and infant (formula 1 and 2), energy drink, MSG, Birdy ice coffee, prepaid top-up card, gift voucher, bill payment and postage service as well as purchase from Lotus's food court and products sold in the rented areas.
The discount value from cash vouchers will not be calculated and cumulated for Clubcard points.
Damaged, defaced, copied or modified cash vouchers will not be accepted and Lotus's shall not be responsible for any loss or damage of the vouchers.
