My Lotus’s Member

My Lotus's is the loyalty program of Lotus's that offers additional privileges to members. Members can enjoy benefits and earn Lotus's Coins by making purchases at Lotus's. Members can redeem coins as discounts  when purchasing products at Lotus's (excluding non-participating items). The coins can also be exchanged for special privileges, exclusive deals with  participating partners, or cash vouchers on  Lotus's SMART App.

There are 2 ways to apply for membership as follows:

  1. Apply online by downloading the Lotus's SMART App or visiting the website mylotussregister.lotuss.com and enter your mobile phone number, fill in the OTP code and complete the required information.
  2. Apply in-store by providing your ID card and phone number to the cashier.

My Lotus's membership has no expiration date.

Please contact Lotus’s Call Center 1430 press 1 everyday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. to check more information.

Members can update personal information including mobile number through 1) the Lotus's Smart App, 2) Lotus's website (https://www.lotuss.com), 3) LineOA Lotus’s, Lotus’s Go Fresh and  all Lotus's branches

Note: Members cannot change their ID card number by themselves. If you need to change your  ID card number, please contact Lotus’s Call Center 1430 press 1 from 9:00AM to 11:00PM everyday

For next day delivery orders, customers have to successfully place an order and  make the payment before 11:59 pm. in order to system records and next day delivery. Failure to complete the order within the aforementioned,  the order will be delivered on the next day after the payment is completed (T+1).

For customer privacy, staff will deliver the products to the front of the customer's house, lobby under the office  buildings,apartments, or condominiums.

In case of force majeur, natural disaster, accidents or other incidents which are out of the company's control including   floods, earthquakes, storms, demonstrations, terrorism, etc, if the company considers that such incidents may affect the delivery, the company reserves the right to cancel order, cancel delivery, delay delivery or take any other actions it deems appropriate.

  1. Customer can return the product at the customer service counter at any store within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
  2. For fresh products, customers may return the product within  the next day after receiving the product only.
  3. In case of refund, delivery document or purchase order document (email) is required.
  4. In case of refund, you must bring the products you want to return and follow the   conditions set out below.
    4.1 In case of partial refund, customers are required to return the products which they want to refund (including the premium items) together with document set out in 3) above in good condition and unused.
    4.2 In case of wholly refund , customers are required to return all products (including the premium items) together with document set out in 3. above in good condition and unused.
  5. Refund will be provided in cash only.

You can select payment methods for online shopping as follows:

  • Credit card / True Money We Card: It is only a reservation of the credit card limit. Money deduction has not been made yet. The payment will be completed (actual amount will be deducted) on the date of receiving the products.
  • Debit card: The system will deduct money immediately according to the order amount on the purchase date.
  • True Money Online: The system will deduct money immediately according to the order amount on the purchase date.
  • Payment on delivery: you can choose to pay by cash or True Money Wallet.

Only cash payment is accepted.

You can purchase gift cards only at the customer service counter of Lotus's Hypermarket. The gift cards for sale are availabe at the value of 100 baht, 300 baht, 500 baht, and 1,000 baht.

You can order through email at giftcard_th@lotuss.com or contact the Gift Card department at 02-797-9000, ext. 6415, 5814. during operating hours, which is Monday to Friday from 09:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Alternatively, you can contact our Call Center at 1430, press 3 everyday from 9.00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m.

Or you can also contact the following Lotus's stores:  Rama 2, Rama 3, Rama 4, Sukhumvit 50, Bangyai, Fortune, Ramindra, Chaengwattana, Sukhumvit 50, Bangna, and Ladprao.
